Weekend Reading

Weekend reading by Carin Olsson (Paris in Four Months) I can't believe that it's already April. Time flies by when you're having an amazing time in Paris for sure! Here are some tips on some good reads this weekend if you have a few minutes over that is:

•   I really enjoyed reading this little post by Making Magique. "While our city is the place we live, it won’t give you much more than a pretty view – the rest is earned" couldn't be more true and I wish that more people would realise this, and neither could this be: "My years here have taught me the grass is not greener on the other side, the grass is green where you water it". •   I've told you about my bag obsession and this feature with Tina Craig on The Coveteur didn't make it easier for me, at all. •   Park & Cube is a blog I simply adore and when I saw these photos taken in New York I just felt the need to pack up my bags, book a ticket and leave Paris behind tomorrow. Perhaps someday... •   My Parisian dressing post recently got featured on the Lulu Frost website. You can check it out here! •   Want to learn a few tricks about shooting in black & white? Carla, unlike many other photographers, is always happy to share a few tricks and tips about photography and her own experiences which is something that I admire tremendously. •   A talented chef, located in Nice with an absolutely gorgeous website — it can't get any better than that. •   If you have a few more minutes over I would scroll through the list of my favourite photos on Flickr. There are so many talented people out there that I almost fall off my chair a couple of times every time I surf around. Sometimes it feels like I'm never going to get there my self, but at least I'm going to try!
