I rarely take photos of Paris during nighttime, mostly because my camera is too heavy to lug around wherever I go but also because I might be the most paranoid person on this earth and don't want to get anything stolen. So when my sister and dad (who thinks photography is just as much fun as I do) visited me here last week we decided to go for a little stroll all together before heading off to dinner. If our fingers and toes hadn't died from the freezing cold I think we could have kept going all night long but instead we opted for Italian pizza and a few glasses of wine after and hour or two, which certainly wasn't too shabby either.
If you think this city is pretty during daytime, you haven't seen it during the evenings. I can never walk home during the night without falling in love with this city all over again. I think that's when Paris' magic really hits me.
