Weekend Reading

DANNIJO by Carin Olsson (Paris in Four Months) Earlier this month I had the pleasure of working together with DANNIJO on shooting some of their beautiful bags around my beloved Paris. Above you can see one of these beauties, which served as my prop during that day. It's always fun to get the opportunity to work with brands you've been admiring for quite sometime and I'm thrilled that I'm now able to share the photos with you.

On another note, happy belated Swedish midsummer! I was planning to enjoying the festivities for Fête de la Musique around the city together with lovely friends and a lot of music but had to stay home with a sore throat and a horrible cough instead... Not exactly what I had planned but at least I've had some time to catch up on my reading.

•   If I would have been home in Sweden during the midsummer celebrations (and in possession of an oven) I would have loved to give this perfect cake a go. Oh, how I miss elderflower lemonade... I'm always blown away by Linda Lomelino's baking skills and photography. •   Anyone looking for more Paris tips? Head on over to Alix's post. •   There's a couple of words out there that I just can't stand. No, I won't tell you what words exactly, but I will say that I have some of them in common with Garance Doré... She always make me giggle. •   One word for this? Yum. Cindy Chen's eye for detail, styling and photography gets me every time.
