Fashion week is officially over and it's finally time to rest my very, very sore feet – if only for a few seconds since another exciting project is just around the corner. This fashion week has been the most intense one yet, packed with exciting opportunities, interesting encounters and lots of inspiring work. It almost feels like I need to take a few minutes now that it's all over and remind myself of what I just experienced.
On Wednesday I ventured out to Bois de Boulogne together with Nicole and Shini to attend the Louis Vuitton SS15 runway show at the newly built Louis Vuitton Foundation for Creation. This building, designed by Frank Gehry, will serve as a museum and cultural centre and is set to open for the public later in October (when I'll definitely be back for more photos). It was unavoidable to get distracted by the amazing architecture and interesting details (and take about one million selfies) on our way out – if it wasn't for the fact that we had a shuttle waiting for us to take us back to the city centre I might still be there today. It was my very first Louis Vuitton show and an experience I'll hardly forget anytime soon. Watching models I've been admiring for years, like Liya Kebede and Freja Beha Erichsen, walking down the runway in Nicolas Ghesquière's 70s inspired garments was pure bliss, and if I could have snatched one of those gorgeous bags without anyone noticing, I totally would have!
