Rings: Cartier's Paris Nouvelle Vague collection
Some of my most recent work has been shooting Cartier's latest jewellery collection entitled "Paris Nouvelle Vague" during this past week and I'm thrilled to show you the first series of photographs that I've created for them. I'm incredibly honoured to be one of the few people who've gotten to shoot this collection and it feels a little bit extra special since it revolves around the city I love so deeply. The Paris Nouvelle Vague collection was inspired by three different chapters, one of them being "exquisite delights", which you can see my interpretation of here above. I would say that I know a thing or two about Paris and pastries by now (or at least that's what the scale implies...) and I couldn't have been more in my element than when shooting this at Ladurée.
After having to refill the macaron supply x amount of times because someone couldn't help but to eat them all (oops! sorry about that) I got to be a kid again and play around with my food together with some very impressive jewels. Not a bad way to spend a morning, huh? I have two more chapters from this beautiful Cartier collection to share with you all (keep an eye on Instagram if you're interested) and I truly hope you'll enjoy seeing the final photographs just as much as I enjoyed creating them.
